Realms

A governance and community platform used by 4k+ organizations. Realms brings proposals, multi-choice voting, shared-fund management and delegation into one place, helping communities of any size make decisions transparently. As lead designer on a 6-person team, I led an org-wide mobile redesign and used A/B testing to improve onboarding and proposal and voter conversion. The work earned 2 hackathon awards, and the platform supported ~$2.5B in managed assets at its peak.
